Who doesn’t like dough balls?
So we thought this week we would give it a go. Mozzarella and Garlic oil to start with and then if you feel really adventurous we may add some Nduja to give it a kick!
The perfect addition to your pizza delivery or just something to nibble while watching TV.
As far as we know there aren’t many pizzeria in Bedford serving dough balls and This Wed and Thu you can try a portion for free, by adding “dough balls” to your order at check out. £25 minimum spend required.

We are super excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Etna Pizza on The Broadway/Foster Hill Road.
We have taken over from previous owner Dom & can’t wait to show you what we can do!
We are passionate about pizza, for us it’s the taste of happiness & we love to share it!
Quality is where it all starts from & this means sourcing the freshest, best ingredients from both local & Italian producers. Our dough recipe has been crafted over many years… a combination of Italian 00 & stoneground English wholemeal. This makes for a lighter, easily digestible dough that lets our toppings sing.
To celebrate Etna’s new beginning & to start spreading the happiness there is 50% off everything on the food menu for anyone collecting their orders today (14th), tomorrow (15th), and Thursday (16th) – we can’t wait to meet you!
